I created this game to see just how far my knowledge in Godot has came along in 1 Year.  I was inspired by Vimlark's wizard update to his free asset pack, and this is what I came up with. I started this project when Vimlark released the Wizard Sprite 3 days ago.

The challenge I gave myself, is a one screen per level, small scale game.

It is a small little action platformer, where you collect orbs, fight monsters, and I even through in a not so serious boss at the end.  It has a pause system, Menu system, Button configuration, audio volume controls, checkpoints, and more. I released both a HTML5, and EXE version. Supports controllers, and full screen (does not effect aspect, but has black bars.).

the music glitch when you die, is intentional?

(1 edit)

I actually don't remember, lol. It's been so long since I worked on this one.

Edit: I played through it and killed myself several times. I didn't hear anything I considered unintentional, so I guess that is a yes.
